I have a problem. When I'm trying to remove screws from my player (http://www.techgadgetforums.com/files/ibob.jpg) they are turning around, but they aren't unscrewed. What I should do?

Sorry if my English is bad.

So, is there a way to quit that usb disk blue screen in my device?

TIA,

Hi!
It is easy First you must remove 2 screws, then plastic detail. Neatly remove the keys by screwdriver. (They are simply taped, you will nothing break Then push plate to screen upwards. http://basket23.narod.ru/DSC00092.JPG

My computer detects the MP4 Device as USB Device but not the information AdfuUpdate.inf file, my usb device has this chain "USB\VID_10D6&PID_FF61 \ 6&1D7EFA5E&0&1" same chain that is not in the adfuupdate.inf

I can be able to load drivers?

Maybe adfuupdate.inf modify the file?

Please Help with thank you in advance

My computer detects the player for 5 seconds then it's gone. I can see in the system tray that it's detected as a usb device but after 5 seconds it disappears. The plater shows only blue screen. Before windows explorer was able to detect it as a mass storage disc but now nada. The player is a MP3/MP4 IPOD knockoff which could play music, videos, radio and games.

I have an MP3 player very simelar to the one displayed. In fact the only difference I notice is on the front. Yours has writing under the screen. I bought it in Sept or Oct of 2007. It hung during a Sync and has been that way since then. The computer does recognise the device but I could not install new firmware. It freezes about half way through the process. Any suggestions? What firmware and software should I be using?

Srdls, what do you mean by a chain?

It sounds like you have a simelar problem but may know a bit more than I do. What UBS device are you talking about, the MP3 player? If so, how did you read the 'chain' from your device? It would be helpful to be able to search for a string inside the inf file to know if it was written for the device. I have looked at the inf file once but I did not understand much other than the file is written in text not machine code.
