Hello!!
There is nothing to make of other but wait until somebody puts on this forum this version of the Firmware: XID-91N51-V5/9.0.50.
The MP3/MP4 will not be able unfortunately to function without this version of the firmware.

Hi all !
I've bought this mp4 player !

Ebay page

The problem is that I've make a mistake with it and it's dead.
I've tried the recovery ... When I put the usb i hear a sound and the mp4 is recognize as S1MP3 ADFU Driver so I think it's a good point but i can't see the mp4 logo in windows, if I use MP3 player update tool it doesn't work ( Device not detected ) and the screen is black.
I don't what is the good firmware ! I remembre that it was written 9.1.53.
I've open the mp4 and see lots of things written :

SCC 2008.02.16
SCC25-007QQV01

AK1025
8C018AB 0D3

If someone could help me it will be great ! Thanks a lot ! BYE

I just want to say thank you all for your help

Alright listen up guys...
I did a little of fiddling around for my 1 gb
nano clone mp4
ACU7515

1) download MP3 Player Utilities 4.15 and install
Note: after installing this your computer will recognize you device as "adfu something " instead of "usb device".
2) now follow the instructions on installing the AdfuUpdate.inf file on this device.
3)then install MP3 Player Utilities 3.68
then find the firmware and recover it...

if you are having trouble with mp3 utilities detecting your player, its because your player is being read as s1mp3 adfu driver.....follow these instructions...

if drivers are already installed, then uninstall or update them....

when installing your mp3/mp4 player...

1. wen the first installation screen comes up, click '3. no not this time'

2. then select 'install from a specific location'

3. select 'dont search i will find the driver myself'

4. then you should see a list of devices, select ''USB 2.0 (HS) ADFU Device' then click next

it should install, when the error comes up just click 'continue anyway'

if this doesnt work, try clicking 'have disk' and selecting the AdfuUpdate.inf fromt he windows folder, then proceed with number 4.

after that the upgrade tool finally detected my player, but so far i hav'nt been able to find a compatible firmware

please help me out somebody... i've got sony mp4 clone with 512mb,2.0 mp camera radio.
i have accidently formatted my player in bootmode and thus deleted the firmware.

i have no backup of my player, all i have now is the player working in bootmode.when i connect it to my pc it shows me 3 drives.

question is that i have shortened the pins of memory but nothing happens except the screen of player became white and blank instead of annoying "loading.." screen.

plzz somebody help me to recover this s*it.

Hello everyone! I just want to let you all know I fixed my MP4 player this is how I did it:
1) Put the Samsung chip in recovery mode (S1mp3.org Dead recovery guide)
2) Use windows 98. For some reason XP does not see it!
3) Down load mp3 player product tool 5.12 (use mass product tool program) when you use this software only have the MP3 player plugged in! unplug any other USB hardware like a printer. This program only sees only on USB port at a time.
4) I used BO-25002-voo 3H-L12.fw (Full firmware no FM radio)
5) The hourglass faded away after it was done installing.
6) Turn it off then turn it back on and should work!
Good Luck!
