My Mp3 wont turn on???

I was Upgrading then it said it was finish then my mp3 turn off from no where and i cant turn on i cant open it it doesnt have screws.......Please help me :) [img(=left|right)]http://i1.ebayimg.com/03/i/07/49/8e/16_1_b.JPG[/img]
