I have the same player pictured here, and it did recover my player. But, I don't have any menus, and I only have a blue screen when it turns on. Please help!

You could try this original firmware

Thanks, I tried it, but I still get invalid upgrade firmware file. Any other ideas? I know now that I really should have backed up my original! Aarrgghh!

Hello admin,
I followed as you'd said in Recovery of dead player & it worked in the sense that the dead mp4 was detected by my computer. The screen displays black mixed with blue on the screen but now I need the right firmware. I have a similar MP4 but I don't know how to extract the firmware and keep a backup. Which software is required for that? The firmware that I need
is 3.2.16 ACTS16D_16_SZG (3.2.16.bin) Where do I get it? Is it present in the website? Which other closer firmware is acceptable for my MP4? Plz help me....
Regards
