Hello I bought a player mp4 and when I light it, I have anything on the screen, I flash it but nothing occurs. I ask for your assistance.

Has your player ever worked properly or did you try to upgrade the firmware and then it would not work?
Do you know what firmware was originally on your player?

thank you for your assistance.

Not, my reader never walked, when I bought it, I put it to charge; then when I light it, I have anything on the screen which remains black.

I had the firm Wilson Co.Ltd towards 3.5.37. Then I tried to change firm, but nothing.
I do then tested your method of dead player, but nothing changes there. I thank you in advance.

Is your player in warranty?
If so, I would try to get a replacement for it. The reason why I say that is you mentioned that "my reader has NEVER walked", which I'm assuming you meant your player has never worked/turned on properly?

Try to get a replacement in that case as all MPx player should be able to start from when you first bought it. You might as well while you have the chance and it will save you time with trying to fix it.

If your player has never worked then I think the player or the LCD is faulty. You should contact your supplier for a repacement or refund as soon as you can.
