blue screen -_-

Hi this is my player:

I upgrade to an incorrect firmware after I have tried to istall the firmware 3.5.37 to recover using the DEAD PLAYER RECOVERY GUIDE but the display remain in blue...
if I try to use "MP3 Player Upgrade Tool"
I open the program....

OK

Select t1e firmware "dump" (downloaded from this site for fix the blue screen)

i have istall the firmware "Dump" but don't work again....
which firmware must use for fix the blue screen????
PLS HELP MEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

vieri32, you will need to keep trying different 3.5.35 firmware until you find one that works.

Hi, I have same player and same problem "blue screen" can anyone give me a original firmware of this player, plz.

i have the same problem.
i have tried more than 20 firmware but only blu screen like better fix...but now when i tried to update, "mp3 player tool" show me "read or write device information failed! please exit the program and check if evice is connecting" !!!
this is the error...device non connecting!!
I suppose that i have really broken my player!!
Someone can confim it ???

If the device is showing in Explorer try to format it. If it is not visible then you may need to try the Dead Player Recovery Guide
