AdufUpdate.inf error, not recognize the hardware

, other than getting my hands on it and trying myself I have no other advice to give you. I know some people have had to repeat the process many times to get it to finally work.

good news the PC of my brother has found it but as soon as I try to a recover with new firmware it says me: unknow command error

What firmware file are you using to update your player with? You might need a FULL FIRMWARE file instead.

Try this procedure:

1. Update with FULL FIRMWARE (can be downloaded in our "Downloads" --> "Firmware" --> "Full Firmware" section).

2. FORMAT your player.

3. Then use the backup firmware file to update the firmware on your player again.

Hopefully this should bring your player back to where it was originally......
