Dead Player & Firmware Questions ???????????
 

I followed as said in Recovery of dead player & it worked in the sense that the dead mp4 was detected by my computer. The screen displays black mixed with blue on the screen but now I need the right firmware. I have a similar MP4 but I don't know how to extract the firmware and keep a backup. Which software is required for that?

The firmware that I need is 3.2.16 ACTS16D_16_SZG (3.2.16.bin) But I've installed 3.2.16-3.6v.7z.And it didn't work as I 'd expected.No display! Where do I get 3.2.16 ACTS16D_16_SZG? Is it present in the website? Which other closer firmware is acceptable for my MP4?OR I'll have to install the right firmware ?Plz help me....

I uploaded 5 Firmware version 3.2.16 they are not original full firmware but I have merged them all with full version firmware so contain all needed files. I do not know if they will work as I do not have a 3.2.16 player to test them on, but if your player is dead they may be worth a try.
