Have you tried the full 3.5.35 firmware from our site to see if that helps to recover your player to see if that helps?

Hi Admin,

I tried to use firmware complete 3.5.35, my mp3 almost I came back, the menus will appear extinguished and the screen was inverted. My friend has model SC85051E the same, I caught one dump.bin of it using s1fwx, but also I did not have success. You have plus some idea ?

ps: I sorry for bad inglesh English, I am using a translator.

could you please post the link of full 3.5.35 that you have said?. Im having the same problem with jsullivan. Our models are the same (SC85051E)
