look, i don't know anything about that, i buy one MP4 Digital Player White 2Gb, i turn it on, and i see some flowers, then i hated this, i come to internet to see how change it, and found some thing about upgrade the firmware, then without any backup, i install the MP3 Player Utilities 3.13, this come with the minidisk, have pass 5 hours ago, and now i discovery, that have to type of the firmware, then i found one here called FW Full 3.5.35, when i tried upgrade my player its turn off auto, and now its not turn on anymore.

Please i buy this today, and now have i lost my player.

Help me fast someone please.

fowl,
The firmware you have loaded to your player is not compatible. If you did not have a backup you need to now find another firmware that works for your player.
If your player is not recognised by Windows and you can no longer upgrade your player then the only way I know to fix it is outlined in the DEAD PLAYER RECOVERY GUIDE HERE
Check on your mini CD as well sometimes a copy of the firmware for your player can be there. It will be a .bin file or a .fw file.

Look, i've tried the Recover Guide, and now its recognize like a pen drive, nice its somethin' lol.

Now i get the ID Board. and it is.

as exactly there anything different, now plzzzzz someone help me, i cant wait anymore my player is dead since the first day of use, to be exactly until 2 hour ago i turn it on at first time.
