Sorry for my english

I have this player until one week

and they don't turn on until 3 day the seller don't want to send me the firmware and i want to try to upload the firmware,
before i send it back because i need the player during my vacation

someone have this player ? i don't know which firmware is it?
if someone have the player please send me the firmware
