badzlibid, Your player is possibly being recognised as a USB Device instead of Adfu device. Try disconnecting your player from your PC, short the chip and then connect it to a different USB Port preferably one you have not used the player on before.

So what happens after you tried to follow the steps mentioend by tadad?

What other messages are you getting now?

Have you also tried:

1. Plugging your player into another computer?

2. Using a different USB cable instead?

3. Plugging your USB cable into ANOTHER USB port on the computer instead? Try all of them to see if it has any result.

Look forward to hearing from you what happens when you try those.....

sir, i already did that, still the same, when i am finish this step from the recovery guide: Turn the player off and then back on. Wait about 30 seconds till it boots now open the MP3 Upgrade Tool again. If it indicates that there is no device connected see if you can access your player through Explorer. If you can not you may need to format it with Windows. I have found that both FAT and FAT32 work on newer models but suggest you use FAT to avoid any problems. Once formatted the MP3 Upgrade Tool should have no problems. Now you can upload your backup dump.bin. Your player should now reboot and be fully recovered.

still no other good condition, i don't have dump.bin "backup" my mp4 player is sundisk... hope u can help me
