domi,
Where did you get this firmware from?
The checksum error means that the file is not being read at the proper size. Your FWIMAGE.FW contains all the files listed in the long list but it is to small 2.92MB it should be around the 6 or 7 MB mark and there appear to be some files missing from it. Nothing you can do to fix it sorry.

If your player is recognised as an ADFU device it is in recovery mode and you need to use a Full Version Firmware, your player will not accept a dump while in recovery mode. There are some full versions HERE

I suggest you read the DEAD PLAYER RECOVERY GUIDE HERE and scroll down to the section regarding ADFU install and then proceed on from there,

domi,
Are you using s1fwx to extract the firmware from a dead player?
If the firmware you uploaded from a working player?
It is not possible to extract a Full Firmware.

domi,
There are no programs to extract a Full Firmware. It is only possible to extract dump files.
You could use s1fwx to extract from another player if it was the same player it may work. But you would need to load a full version firmware before you could load a dump if your player is in Recovery Mode as an ADFU Device. There are some Full Firmware HERE Even if the Full Firmware does not fix your player 100% you will then de able to load dump files.
