wlazio2000, You seem to be able to short it from any side of the chip, any pins even across from side to side. If you can not flash to it in Recovery Mode I think perhaps the memory chip may be damaged.

how can we write fw files on a player in adfu recovery mode?
My mp3 player says error cannot access firmware, device is in recovery mode..

plz help
