Default " Read or write device information failed!"


My player is dead,
I make the RECOVERY GUIDE and i install drive ADFU.
Now when try to install full firmware (full 3.5.37 nano clone) the MP3 Upgrade tool say me " Read or write device information failed! Please exit the program and check if device is connecting!"
I try to connect the player in other Pc but i see same message.
help

I try to load other full firmware, and now the message is "flash not responding".
The player everithing i turn on recognize the ADFU drive without the short on the chip.

wlazio2000, Try disconnecting your player and then shorting the chip to reset it then connect the player to another USB port, one you have never used the player on before.

Hi Tada1, thanks for your help, but i change all port USB of my notebook and all port of my desktop, but... nothing.
Everityme i switch on the player he are in ADFU mode without short circuit, and the MP3 tools say me the same error message ".Read or write device information failed! Please exit the program and check if device is connecting!"
There are one method for all reset the player?

HELP HELP HELP!!!!!

wlazio2000, The only thing I can suggest is that you do short the chip as the problem may be that the chip needs to be reset.

I short the chip, but nothing! the player are alwais in ADFU mode.
I have reanimated 1 player without problem, but this is impossible.
There is une procedure for make one allreset?

wlazio2000, Sorry this is the only proceedure I know of. Are you using the MP3 Player Upgrade Tool or the Product Tool HERE. For some the Product Tool is more successful

Nothing also MP3 product tools 4.19
I think that the player is btoken.

Which pin i can short?
The same pin for ADFU mode? or other for reset?
