Player keeps on restarting.
 

I have a problem with my player.

Each time I want to start the Voice Record program the player shows the yellow screen with the hourglass and restarts.

I recovered the original firmware I extracted when I got the player, but this doesnt change anything.

Does anyone have an idea what I can do?

mars-online, If you have a nano clone try holding down the VOL button to activate record. If you do not have a nano clone there may be a record button. From the main menu Record is for entering the record interface and Voice is really the playback interface where you can listen to any recordings you have made. Sometimes entering Voice when you have no recorded files to playback can cause the player to restart.

So far so well....

I do have a Nano Clone and the voice playback works. But still I now know the difference (didnt before) the record thing doesnt work neither with the menu button nor with the VOL button.

Does anyone have an idea what I could do?
