my inovix IMP-97 will not connect pc

if it sees my pc it will connect for like 2 sec and then it goes black and will reconnect again..

i bought it today to i dont want short the chip :P

its a inovix IMP-97, i got the disc with some software but the doesnt help..
(MP3 player untill 3.68 )
