how can i reformat my mp4?

im having problem with my mp4...ive caught virus on my memory! can somebody help me how can i reformat my player...plz...plz

Try using MP3 Player Disk Tool which is part of the MP3 Player Utilities install.

Or you can try the HP Format tool as well.

Both are available to download free from our [Downloads] area.

You can also try using simple Windows format using Disk Management or from Windows Explorer.
