I have a very big problem! MP4 4G Player

Hi!

I tried to update my firmware, but I loud a wrong one up to my player.

And now if i tried to conect to my computer with USB cable(PC, WinXP), and I turn on the player, the computer shut down. So I cant use the Convert Tool to upgrade the wrong firmwer.

So my question is, can I make my player dead without conecting to the computer. And than I trying to do the cover up process, which i tried it before with success. But now I cant do anything, the player hase a blue scree, but when I try to connect to the Pc it shut down.

What advice to do now! Please help me!!!!

Read the sticky guide to recovering a dead player, your going to need to open it and make the player clear its memory and start again.
