We have number of firmware for different players and versions, so it really depends.

Please remember to always be CAREFUL when using other people's firmware as flashing the firmware on your with an incompatible firmware will render your player as a 'dead player'.

The model is this http://www.visual-land.com/vl546_black.html of the Visual-Land company. Later that I lowered firmware of the site www.s1mp3.org my to player is with the screen with problems. The version of firmware I do not have please I help me with another version to adjust this defect.

Already I tried contact with the support of the visual-land but they do not liberate download of firmware therefore affirm that I lost the guarantee. if somebody will have this exactly model and will be able to send firmware I is thankful.

What about the links at the end of the top post, for the 546, it gives firmware bin-files. Click:

Put the url in "translate a web page" here: http://world.altavista.com/ and choose "portuguese to english".

--If you download s1fwx from the download section, extract it in a folder,
--put the downloaded firmware (needs unzipping too) in the same folder (copy in another folder too for savings)
--rename copied firmwarefile to "dump" (without " "), and run "list".
Compare the info there with the info on/about your player for similarity.

I made upgrade of firmware but it continues with screen great e the inverted and cut images in the screen, of pra not to attend to videos therefore the screen was cut. Somebody already passed for this problem for here?
