Dead Player problem

I tried to upgrade the firmware now I get a blue screen and nothing else. The firmware was SC85052E or something 2006/04/11 ACT v3.5.35. If anyone has a full firmware please upload it. And yes, I did not get a compatible firmware for my player. Please help.

hey check this, I just discovered that the player is not actually dead only there is problem with the display. It is hardly visible but can makeout if viewed from a particular angle. It is in chinese. I cannot understand chinese. Is there any way to fix it.

themistake,

Chinese is the default Language of your firmware. If you can get to the settings menu the languages settings are 3rd from the top, then English setting is second from the top.

The firmware you are using is most likely for a player with a different screen type.

Can anybody help me find the firmware for my mp4 player? My player looks like this. It is 256MB player. Please if you have the same player upload or help me find the exact firmware.

I have the same player of 2GB and i have the same problem as yours..player is dead n only showing a blue screen..!!...im not able to find d firmware version for it...if u get it pls reply me or mail me on sutarianiral@gmail.com
