No images on screen after removing from USB Cable

Well i was a little stupid today and removed my player off the USB cable without properly disconnecting it from the computer, i've done it before and nothing happened.

Well now nothing comes on the screen, the player works, i can play music and stuff (i memorized the menu), so the player is totally functional, apart from the screen.

Is this a hardware issue or firmware?

Any people had similar experiences and been able to fix their player?

Having the same problem! Bluescreen at Windows -> black screen. I don't think that that are any firmware issues because I tried 4 different one and the original one!
Someone can help?
