fish72, Good stuff  , glad you got it going again.
If your player was 4GB or 8GB it will have been a hacked player and the format and reflash has removed the hack revealing the true size of your chip as a 2GB. To be sure you will need to open your player and note the serial number and make of the memory chip (the largest on the board) then do a Google search with the info will find you the chips true specifications.
