Default Help on Generic Firmware

Hi, I'm doin a favor for someone, this is her mp4 player with usb 1gb

Click the image to open in full size.

The menu has gone hay wire ie. running top to bottom non-stop. Then I decided to flash to a new firmware also originally 3.5.37. After flashing, there's no display. I tested the hold power-off works and the 1gb still contains her files. I can't tell what kind`of player it is but it's in the pic and labelled "MP4/AMV/REC/FM" on top and bottom "VITO".

Can anyone with this generic player please help to dump the firmware or point/link me the correct firmware? I've tried all available here and googled for days but no luck. I know it's my fault but I'm new to this mp4 thingy that I forgot to backup before flashing

Thank you in advance.

Updates: Tried blindly playing the mp3 and it works, only the display is blank.
