Dead Player - MP4 (Manufacture China°

Sir,

I bought one MP3/MP4 player by the way of Internet Ebay seller. When I bought, I had 4 GB memoire capacity. When I load the Video films into the players with the help of AVM convertor file, it shows Format error. For solving the format error, I format my MP4 player. Then it shows only 234 MO capacity. Then few minutes after the player is completely dead. When it was in live, I wrote all the information concern about my MP4 player. I gave all those details:
