I REALLY NEED HELP!!! THIS MP4 DOESN´T WORKS AT ALL!!!

This is the MP4$ that I bought. Soon as I arrived at my place, I tried to use it on Windows XP, but WXP not regonized my MP4. With the product comes a CD but the driver that comes is NOT WORKING!!! :twisted:

So, suddenly, the MP4 just stops to work. I believe its dead.

The specifications: MP4 ORANGE 918 (or-918) 256 MB

Anybody can help? I´m a very sad and unlucky girl... :cry:

Your player may not be connecting because the USB cable could be faulty and the player may not be working because the battery is flat. If you can, try another cable to see if it makes any difference.
You should also inform your seller that you are having problems in case the player is damaged and you need to send it back.

tadad1, tnhaks for your attention.

I will try another USB cable; Windows knows there is some new USB device, but it can´t be instaled. And in the CD that comes togheter, the driver doesn´t work. About the battery, I gave a full-08hours-charge in that. I believe the battery is not the problem ´cause this MP4 works without battery when its connected in USB cable.

kittychan, If you can try it on a different USB port in case the port is faulty and also on another PC. The driver on the CD is for Windows 98 Xp should do an automatic install as a removable device.
