Please help, white screen in my MP4

Please help, this it is my reproducer MP4, it connects it to a PC and it was installing drivers and then aparecion the white screen and no longer I work but, i do not have firware original but does not lower firmware Full 1,8 Version 3.5.35 LCD, settles ok but the problem persists, the always white screen.
probe others firmwares and installs ok equal sees white the screen, please, somebody knows as I can fix it or somebody can raise firmware original of this MP4
The board is:
MP-735C-STL V1.2
2005.12.09
2GB
Screen 1.8"

Nice player you've got there. But anyway, if your player gets stuffed while it's connected to the computer, i think it would be a better option to contact your seller and find a solution, maybe get it replaced. It might be that the player has some hardware or firmware issues with your computer.

Sorry I do not fully understand your post. If you have tried to upgrade your firmware and have loaded a firmware from the internet and it has left your player with a white screen then it is most likely not suited to your player. If you have loaded your original formware then as "lattesurf" has pointed out this may be a hardware issue. I have a player similar to yours and a full version of it's firmware is on site HERE
Check the preview images to see if they are similar.
