Default I can't find correct firmware

My MP4 player is 'ere:
this
I am not 100% sure, but that description and picture is perfectly fits to mine .
Here is the problem: I can't find correct firmware, and my memory chip is sometimes disappear and sometimes appear, sometimes as ADFU device, and sometimes just with a ~316kb memory, sometimes full working 965mb or like. But Player never opens after i've tried 3rd wrong firmware. Also, usually it gives "Flash Write Protected" and "Unknown Flash Error". I think prob is at my Memory Chip, but i don't want to go to repairer, and pay as buying price.

It has "MP4-911..." on it's board, and i've already tried "ACTS16D_16_SZG_HKX 2005/7/22 - 3.2.16" firmware, if you reccomend that.

Kabraxis, If you are having problems loading firmware I suggest you read the Dead Player Recovery Guide HERE to reset your player and upload new firmware.
