[solved]Mp4 nano clone (2GB) still doesnt works

Hi!

I have a 2GB nano clone. I get it when it was already died, and it had some hardware problems, too. But i fixed the hardware (i hope) And xp recognized it as an adfu device.
On this page i followed the recovery guide, and i used the fw to recover wich i've found on that page, finally the blue screen appeared.
After this in explorer i saw the disk, and i've formatted it to FAT. Then i've tried to upload a firmware, but its accepted only the 4th file, i've tried, but at the end it was successfull too.

Now xp knows the drive, i can copy to the player, but the display is still blue. Sometimes the screen flashes one, and lost the connection, i have to reconnect.
Can anybody help me to solve this? It could be an another hardware problem, or i have to start the recovery at the beginning and use the files wich was good?

mrpragay , if you have a backup of your original firmware, you can try flashing it in. But i presume you don't as you received it dead. You need to keep trying various firmwares until you get the right compatible one.

But since you received it dead, you bought it off eBay or online sites? i recommend you contact your seller and get a replacement instead.

It was sold as a died player, so it was nearly free. But i purchased because i like to repair things like this.

So i will try more firmwares, i hope one of them will be good...

mrpragay,

Good luck and keep us posted if you manage to find the correct firmware and fix it.

Hi all!

Today i successfully repaired the player :)
I downloaded all of the firmwares from this site wich are in connection with this nano clone, and i started to flash them one-by-one :)

The good one was a ver 3.5.35! But i think everyone have to find that pass with their own players.
So its possible to repair a completely dead device!
Thank to this site for supporting these devices!

Good news! So eventually you got a near to free player by just spending some time on it. Good on ya.
