Tried the dead player recovery but no sigar

Hi,

Ive tried the recovery for the dead player and it all works untill the reboot.
I'm not getting the blue screen it stays black here.

Strange thing though is that i've got 2 removable disks and 1 is with all my data the other one is not readable.

I have no dump file and is there a dump file i can use ??

i've tried several fw upgades??

Can someone help me ??

Thank you for your help
Marcel

doragondojo, Try using a different full version firmware and then try the dump files again. You may have to try a couple of different combinations.
The 2 disks is a player setting, you will be able to fix that once you get a running firmware.

I have a dead mp4 player and I tried with your tutorial, but my pc not recognice my mp4 player. where I can found other guides?

DonFulio, Resetting the chip as outlined in the guide is the only way to revive a dead player so you can install new firmware. The only other guide I know of is at s1mp3.org but it has been off-line for the last few days.
