Default Only blue screen after Firmware update

Hi!
Yesterday I tried to update the firmware of my player. I Hoped that with a newer firmware I can use the full space of my mp3 player. It gots 1 GB, but I can only use 500 MB. Now I think I cant save 1 GB on it, it's only fake.
Ok, of course I looked that I've got the right firmware. It seems to be the right one because it was updated successfully.... or not: Only what I see now is a blue screen. I tried many other Firmwares, but no one seems to be the correct.

I hope you can help me.

This is my player:

If I download Firmware files with no exception (or mp3 exception) the firmware update doesn't work. This looks so:

I tried different versions of the mp3 update software.

Also I contacted the seller of the mp3 player, but he doesn't answer.

I hope you can help me.

glowhand, it would be more helpful if you could provide more details of your player. Like processor number, board number, etc..
Since you've contacted your seller and he doesn't respond, seems like you have no other choice but to keep trying random firmwares until you get one that works with your player.
If your player can only function as a USB drive but with a blue screen, try formatting your player 1st using the Disk Tool, and then trying a new firmware.

It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.

to find these numbers I have to open the player, right? then I must find a small screw driver
after I format the player, the update tool also knows the last firmware version. so it seems to be that the disk tool doesn't deletes the firmware, only the files I can see with the explorer.

yes, you need to open the player up to get these numbers out. The format doesn't remove any firmware, it is just an additional step done by some others when they had problems flashing firmware into their players.
