siloveup, there are quite a few firmware with the Lotus Flower theme in the firmware section. I suggest you download as many firmware as you can find that match your screen size and use s1res to check which ones have the theme and try those on your player. If your player is not detected by the upgrade tool I suggest you read the Dead Player Recovery Guide HERE to understand how to reset your player.

The link you have given is actually to the image upload page and not the image you uploaded so you may want to change that.

siloveup,
If you are getting an unknown flash error with every firmware you try then you have some other problem.
What version of MP3 Player Utilities are you using?

siloveup 7th Oct 2006 4:06 am

MP3_Player_Utilities_3.68 Downloaded from download section

siloveup, 3.68 should be ok. There must be some connection problem if you are getting this message from all firmware. A few things you can try are connecting to a different usb port, resetting your chip again, uninstalling 3.68 and trying version 4.00, putting slight pressure on the memory chip and connection when you try to upgrade.
Sorry this is only guess work but there has to be more than just a firmware issue here.
Try these things and let me know.

I have the same...
I have tried all... I just can try one more thing and that's trying it on another computer...
Omg :(
