MP4 works only when charging

I recriwed mp4 nano style mp4 player and it dont start. I start charging and everything OK. After i stop charging mp4 dont start. Does anyone know this problem and can i fix it? Sorry for my English! :roll:

joks7 , if you bought it through eBay, you can file a complain to eBay and also to PayPal (if you used it).
If it was through some online websites, then you have no choice but to wait for a reply.

If all else fails, looks like you have to get a replacement battery as tadad1 mentioned.

I bought with ebay with paypal. I am waiting for sellers reaction.! :oops:
