How to get back the display in my MP4 Player

Hi
Need help to get back the display in my MP4 Player. Its a Chinese Player Fake 2 GB, real 1 GB - dual speaker 1.5" LCD with MP4/MP3/FM facility. It is working perfectly as Pen Drive and no display. Even if I press the button properly it plays MP3 songs also.
What is the reason behind this?

Saloni_online, If you have tried to upgrade the firmware then you have not found the right one for your player and need to try some others if you do not have a backup.

Re: How to get back the display in my MP4 Player

I have extract firmware(V-3.5.37) from similar 2 other players of my friends (purchase at the same time from same shop).
When I am using MP3 Player Upgrade Tool (V3.68), first it showing device is in recovery mode, please select firmware to upgrade. Selected extracted firmware. But when upgrading it shows message "Invalid Firmware type".
When I have listed the extracted firmware, it shows 'FM Radio - No' where as in my friends player FM is working fine.

What to do next?

When your player is in Recovery Mode it will not accept your extracted firmware as it is missing a few files. You need to use a Full Version Firmware first then your extracted firmware. It does not matter if the Full Firmware is not the exact one for your player. You can download some 3.5.37 firmware from HERE
