MP4 Player Major Screen Problem
 

PLEASE HELP
the player still turns on....but when i try to go to other options in all the different menus(main menu, music menu)...the screen goes crazy.....and then im left with a black screen...then i have to do a hard restart inorder to fix the screen....but then it happens again...whats wrong with it and what should i do??

Has the player ever worked properly?
Have you upgraded the firmware recently?
Try extracting the firmware with s1fwx repair it then load it back to your player then format your player in Fat format. You can downloas s1fwx HERE and there is a guide to using it HERE

yea..i was workin' properli fo' a while...and then the screen started havin' some problems....i made a backup dump.bin before i did anythin'....i tried formattin' the player and then upgradin' it back to the old dump.bin...but the same thing happens.

when i go to different options, the display get all distorted and then it jus' turn into a black screen.

could it be that sth is lose inside the player...coz when i shake it...i hear somethin' lose inside

sorjaion, Could very well be a loose connection or a short in the buttons. If it is still under warrent y you should contact the seller if not then I suggest opening the player and see if you can locate any problems.

the sth lose turn out to be jus' the cables connected to the battery....so i think its the firmware's problem..what should i do??

its still not workin'...if i dont move ...the screen is fine.....but the screen turns black/blue as soon as i try to move to another option

do u know which firmware i use for
