if your Portable Media Player have problem with software
here you can download this archive
press start button, and keep pressed, when is show
blue screen and " Insert usb cable ..." pleas insert your
usb connector cable, afther this press play button,
and you will see : press Menu if you want to low format or lowformat

now your computer will recognize the device us
ANYKA US B 1.1 Nad Res Z USB Device
and you will have in MY COMPUTER 3 new partition removeble
now create one new directory in your desktop from your computer,
where to make back-up your software from this new partition, (just in cases)
after you make this backup

Always BACKUP the existing firmware of your player before attempting to update
the firmware on your mp4 player. Updating your mp4 player with the wrong or
incorrect firmware will result in a DEAD PLAYER and it not booting up at all!
Always be sure that you use the correct firmware for your mp4 player only.
Updating your firmware will NOT provide you with any extra features.
It's really intended as a resource and 'backup' should the firmware on your mp4
player becomes corrupt.

copy this files after the description:
from the "partition 1" in the first of this partition
from the "partition 2" in the second partition
from the "partition 3" in the 3th partition.

Hi,

I have a Technika MP 306 MP3 player (bought from Tesco in the UK) that has given up the ghost.

I believe it uses the SigmaTel 3500 chip and I have spent the best part fo a week trawling the net for firmware specific to this player and have amassed a fairly big collection of SigmaTel firmware, none of which works on this particular model.

Ther was no CD supplied with the player and Tesco/Technika offer NO support apart from publishing the SigmaTel INF files.

Can anyone point me to somewhere that holds SigmaTel formware SPECIFICALLY for this Technika model?

Alternitavely, if anyone has this model of player and is able to extract the firmware then I would be eternally grateful.

Thanks in advance.

I got my dead MP4 player to partial life using the Dead PLayer Guide on this website. But now I cannot find the right kind of firmware. My original firware version on the player showed up as:

LG player
scc91-002
cm60026
2007/01/12
act_v9.0.50

I found v9.0.50 on http://www.mympxplayer.org but my player now only shows a blue screen. Its still not functional. Also did not find anyhing on http://www.s1mp3.org.

Do you know where I could find it ?

If someone has it then please send it to my email.
dinkar.agarwal@gmail.com

Please help !!
