Re: HELP!! blue screen

lenney , why did you upload the firmware in? Did the player give any problems?
Most firmwares in the CDs that came along with the players are mass-produced firmwares which usually do not match your player and flashing them in would likely kill your player. Which i think happened to your player this time.

Is your player currently still detectable by your computer? If you had a backup firmware that you extracted from your player earlier on, you can try to flash it back. If not, you need to try random firmwares in the downloads section to attempt to revive your player.

Re: blue screen after firmware upgrade

lenney , if your player with the blue is able to be detected by the MP3 Upgrade Tool, you will need to try various firmwares to your player in the downloads section. There's no fixed firmware to solve your problem, just need to keep trying random firmwares.

Good Luck.
