Default MP3 System operation Does not Load

Hi my friends

I bought a MP3 player from china and I made the firmware upgrade like ask the manual, after this the operation system does not load anymore.
I already tried everything, but the MP3 operation system does not load.
The conexion between MP3 player and my pc is ok, but I donīt make the firmware upgrade or recorver the inicial configuration.
I transfer files from PC to Mp3 and the Mp3 to Pc normally.
Please help me to solve this problem.

Thanks

rcsabbag , can your player still be reconigsed by the MP3 Utilities Upgrade Tool? If so, you need to try random firmwares with specifications as close as possible to your current player. These can be found in the downloads section Here.

If your player cannot be reconigsed by the MP3 Utilities Upgrade Tool, then you need to follow the Dead Player Recovery Guide Here.

Good Luck.

rcsabbag , if that's the case, then currently the problem is that you still have not found the compatible firmware to flash into your player yet. You need to keep trying various firmwares until you get the right one.

rcsabbag, s1mp3.org has a firmware list but most are a little dated.

rcsabbag, I suggest you post some images of your player and information on where you purchased it. If another member has a similar player from the same supplier they may upload the firmware for you.
