Default a problem with mp4player


good morning

please help me
I got an mp4player(ipod nano,black),yesterday I drop it from hight place
but it still can play music but can't connect to computer.
when I connect , computer show : USB Device not recognized ,I can repair it on computer by TROUBLESHOOT .
please tell me how to repair it

dxt310 , sounds kinda tricky..
After you troubleshoot it, are you able to access the files (read/write files) from your player?
And when you repair it by Troubleshoot, after that disconnecting the USB cable and then reconnecting, does your computer still come up with the "USB Device not recognized" message?
If the message still comes up everytime you plug the USB cable in, i think it is probably some hardware component or solder connection in it broke off. It will be an extremely hard process to attempt to repair your player if it is really a hardware issue.
