please help me with my s1 mp3 player

Hello ,
I want somebody to help me with an mp3 player with 65k colors
he dead when i updated my frimware from 3.2.16 to 3.5.35
he is connected to the computer but i can t download music in it

LSGmp4, If your player is still detected by the MP3 Player Upgrade Tool then you should try to load some 3.2.16 firmware. If it is not detected by the upgrade tool then you will have to follow the Dead Player Recovery Guide HERE to reset your player.

He is detected just as a USB device but not as a flash memory as before and also not detected by the frimware upgrade this is some pictures
