Default blue screen, restart


hi everyone i can really use some help here, today i was updating my theme for my nano look alike 1gig player but when upgrading i accidently selected the file for my other mp4 player, now all i see is a blue screen for 3 seconds and it goes black like it's restarting and then the blue screen comes again,

worst yet my computer doesnt detect it i try going to go to upgrade and it doesnt detect it there either, please someone help me

singhisme, If your player is not detected by the MP3 Upgrade Tool you will need to do a hard rest as outlined in the Dead Player Recovery Guide.

hey thanks for your help, it worked i broke my main power button in process but now my computer detects my player i uploaded the firmware mentioned for my 3.5.37 and the screen stoped flickering its jst a solid blue colour now, any advice?

singhisme, If you do not have a backup of your original firmware you are going to have to try some from the firmware download section until you find one that is compatible with your player.
