"Hardware error" when using FM tuner

The title says it all...

I have an "hardware error" when trying the Rafio FM function...
It worked for three days but then it wouldn't start again
otherwise the player is running great

Can someone help me ?

It is the new black 2GB / 2" / CTW500 chipset / 9.0.43 Firmware

zxspectrum , it's likely that maybe your FM chip physically have some problem (electronics do break down). You could try a firmware extract, repair, and then re-flashing it back to your player. See if it solves your problem.
If it does not solve your problem, i suggest contacting your seller for an exchange if it is still under warranty.
