Dulithak , your player's battery may have some problems or the connections from the battery to the mainboard may have problems. Probably your battery is totally dead/damaged, or some battery voltage regulator on the mainboard is damaged. i'll suggest you contact your seller for a replacement set if it is still under warranty.
