Default Blue Screen!! >.<

Hello there, I hope you can help me, 'coz Im getting really desperate.
The thing is, I didnt do anything, I didt smash it or change the firmware... The mp4 player still works, but the contrast changed suddenly, is all too white, you can hardly decipher the menu, but it is there! I can play music, see amv (yeah, right, I can see things like shadows if I move the mp4 to be horizontally, so i can have some contrast), play games, go to setting (i tried to change the contrast there, but nothing happened), and the computer still recognize it.

What can I do? Change the firmware? do what the recovery guide says?

My mp4 is of 1gb and it looks like this, but mine's got a 1'5 screen

Help please!

tsubasa_lupin , you could try formatting your player with MP3 Utilities Disk Tools first. Then extract, repair and re-flash your repaired firmware back into your player.
If the problem persists, you could try using Waterlily program to manually edit your repaired firmware for a lower contrast setting, and then re-flash it back into your player.

Why are clones called MP4 Players, when they don`t play .MP4 at all?
It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.

tsubasa_lupin, This could be a fault in your LCD control module rather than a firmware issue. I would suggest contacting your supplier if your player is new and request a replacement.
