My player is dead (Blue Screen)

I have the same problem as many other seems to have
I tried to update the player from 3.35.5 to 3.35.7.

After that it got f**ked up. It is recognized by the computer
as an USB mass storage drive. But in the recovery guide it says
that it should be an ADFU Server (or some thing like that)

SO what should I do ... DO it have to be an ADFU Server Device?
I'm trying to format it right now.

Ps . Its the same Mp4 player you used in the Recovery Guide.

Felix, The section in the guide that is in red text outlines how to load the ADFU driver.

So I checked the ignore signing shit ..

But it wont change the driver :(

Ps. I have tried to use another port , and I choosed to update the driver .

I think I know what the problem might be ...

When I press update driver I dont get to choose the Hardwaretype ... perhaps thats why it wont work ..

Now I just need to find the right firmware ..

Re: My player is dead (Blue Screen)

I have just one question (please answer.. )

I have a dump with the firmware which I extracted (but when I use it it says Flash error)

What should I do should I try to find a full version firmware for the player or should I(in some way) use the dump?

Felix, Did you run the repair.bat file in the s1fwx folder after you extracted the firmware.
