ok i have weird problem.
my mp4 is dead but after i do
what tadad1 tell me
now my mp4 do blue screen
if do Upgrade Tool (pic down) is show blue screen if dont i do show black
screen ok?
if the mp4 show blue screen / the computer dont show the mp4
wat do now?

Guy before asking dump questions couldn t you read the duids first to make yourself understand this all a bit ?

That is normal... you have to try other full firmware... I hope this is that you wanted to hear

Idanbolig , if your player can be detected by the Upgrade Tool (which i assume you can, based on the screenshot), then you only need firmware dumps to try on your player.

I've done a search on the downloads section, seems like there is only 1 SC85051F firmware dump which was uploaded by me Here.

If this firmware does not work, try other firmware dumps. You are not only restricted to this particular version. And the more dumps you try, the better chance of recovering your player.
