Have you followed the recovery guide exactly ?
If you pc recognised is it is gr8
You have to look for dump files... try many of them... it is long way to find the one

Thanks for quick answer, i dont have a lot of experience posting comments on the forums, maybe i'll create my own topic.
the computer only recognize the mp4 as a Mass Storage memor, but i cant get the board number its all hidden i think

To find board nomber :
If there is a sticker... it is easy ... just put it out by your hands.
If there is no number - there is anumber but you have to have more light in the room and look for it more
