My mp4(nano look) is acting wierd..Help plz

I deleted one file when i was listening and thats how it all started ..when i press music n menu it just restarts itself.and when i connect it 2 my pc it asks me to formate it but the problem is that it shows that it has 1mb capaciy when i know its 1gb :cry: i tried formatting it but it didnt help :x can i get some help

Pcaddict, Go to the settings menu on your player and make sure thet Online Mode is set to Normal only. Then using the MP3 Disk Tool go to the Partition Encrypt tab and move the slider all the way right then back to the left and press start. This will rebuild the partition. Then give the player a format in Fat.

thx a lot but now it's only 460 MB (probably becoz i had another map inside of E: with the other 540 mbs)any idea how i can ix this? Imsorry 4 bothering

Pcaddict , when in the Partition and Encrypt tab, slide the slider to max (right) and format it. Then repeat by sliding the slider to min (left) and format again.
This should recombine the 2 drives into a single drive.

I did slide the slider to the max right,then start and min left and start but it didnt change anything..I think the problem is with the capacity ..look

before I formatted it It was 1GB :?

Pcaddict , try formatting with the mentioned steps, but set the Format Type to "Low". See if it solves the problem.
If it still persists, it's likely you have a hacked player.

I just tried it exactly like you guys said but It still doesnt format to the original memory capacity ( 1GB) and I doubt its a hacked player coz i had put files up to 900MB before and it was working until I got the problem ( mentionned in post #1)

hm.... Have you got the number of your disk ? it is written on it when you open your player something like K9.... Then you could be sure it is not hacked .
