Serious problem!

hi, i have a mp4 which is a fake nano type...
from s1mp3 it is a type C1....1 GB 1.5"( fake nano one with 5 buttons circular on front[front color white, back is made of steel..]see pics below…
while I was going through the FM menu, it turn off, it went on recovery mode.
I used the F/W in the recovery guide, was able to get backlight & recognised by PC,
formatted it, and tried several F/W, got recognised as GENERIC USB DISK DEVICE,
put several files on it, but still am getting only a blue screen.......

I have tried f/w such as Full_Firmware_3.5.37v2.1b_FM_for_recovery, 3.5.37 MERGED FULL, bb72381f2c4e3516e8c6b0d2116868ad.bin, B214G2_V1.4 dump, dump_MP-550CV3-SL, Full3.5.35, hy875c_fw, mp4_KTT688_V4_3.5.35, typeC1_3.2.16, MP-693C-S_(v3.5.35_merged_-_FULL)….

Written below the screen “MP4 DIGITAL PLAYER”

After these f/w, 1 thing I got to know is that my mp4 has
BOOTFLASH TYPE = F641
BROM VERSION = 3.0.00

It started with the screen below:
welcome with flowers(blue)
And ended with a puppy(dog) moving its head…..
The menus were like follows:

Has fm radio, games, ebook, music, amv, pics, and has battery= “3.6V Li-Polymer” from manual…
I am using “MP3 Player Utilities 3.57”
I do not have a backup firmware as it went off only after 2 hours after I got it.. Cannot contact the seller ……
Cannot open it(due to some reasons).. don’t know its board number….
I have spent weeks behind this mp4….please help me if u can…..
thanks..

introuble, There is no easy answer to your problem you just have to keep trying firmware till you find one thet works with your player. There are a number of dumps in the Medium Colour Screen firmware section that have the Flowers and Puppy animations. I suggest you download s1res from the Downloads>Tools section and with it you can see what images are used in the firmware. END.RES and LOGO.RES are the shutdown and boot screens.

That shouldn t have nothing to do with formware... But you can try other one... man be happy that it works
