Screen Problem
 

Hi, i have bought a Mp4Player like this:Web Page Name
It work well with the various function(music, video, connecting...) but when i turn it on the screen is very dark and i can see something only with a lot of external light, so i believe that backlight is broken.

Any1 know a similiar case or how to fix it?(if is it possible)

macche , try the following solutions:
1. Format your player using MP3 Utilities Disk Tool.
2. Extract, repair, and re-flash your player's firmware again.
3. Try using Waterlily to edit the brightness setting.
See if either 1 of these methods solves it.

i tried all3 but they didn't work..:(
u know a way to open the player and repair it manually?

macche & m4c , are you both the same person?
But anyway, did you do any firmware upgrades besides the 3 methods i mentioned?
If the player was like this the 1st day you received it, i'll suggest you contact your seller for an exchange. As it might be an lcd hardware fault, and would be very difficult & costly to repair.
